Risk scores, interpretations, "suggested actions," and predicted events are generated by an AI model interpreting available data. As with any AI-generated content, they may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed - always verify time-critical information through official sources.
Market signal content (e.g. Bitcoin, Gold, US Stocks) reflects AI-synthesized interpretation of publicly available data. It is not investment advice, and LeVerrier is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or financial institution. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold any asset is made solely at your own risk.
Hazard and conflict content (earthquakes, wildfires, floods, disease outbreaks, geopolitical conflict events) is sourced from third-party public feeds and/or AI interpretation. It is NOT a substitute for official emergency services, government alerts, or professional safety guidance. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly - do not rely on LeVerrier.
Where content is confirmed real-world data (marked "CONFIRMED" or similar), it still passes through third-party sources and our own processing, and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
